Anticipated New Releases of 2019

These books are in the order that they will be released in. I may make another post towards the middle of the year if more books are announced. I have included some books which will be part of different series in this post and not my anticipated sequels post they are the first books in the series.

The first book that will be released in 2019 that I am really excited for is A Curse So Dark and Lonely by Brigid Kemmerer which is going to be released on the 29th of January. This is the first book to be released for the A Curse So Dark and Lonely series. This is a beauty and the beast, fantasy retelling which has gotten a lot of hype lately. I aim to read more retellings this year which hopefully this book will be one of them.

King of Scars by Leigh Bardugo is also going to be released on the 29th of January. This is going to be the first book in the Nikolai Duology. You have to read Leigh Bardugo’s other series; Grisha Verse series and the Six of Crows duology. I haven’t read these series yet but this series and world is so beloved and hyped that I could not put it on this list.

The next book is a young adult fantasy novel. Wicked Saints by Emily A. Duncan is going to be released on the 2nd of April. This going to be the first book in a trilogy called Something Dark and Holy. This book is about gods and royalty and sounds very interesting.

The last book I am going to mention is Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson which is going to be released on the 4th of June. This is another young adult fantasy novel and is about sorcerers and magic. I believe that this is going to be a stand-alone novel.

Thanks for reading my post. Remember to follow my blog to stay up to date with my content.

Keep Reading, Tara
